Partnerships at Black Bear Lodge

Thanks for your interest in Black Bear Lodge! We get many, many requests for complimentary and trade stays. In effort to be more thoughtful about our partnerships, we’ve created a biannual application and review process. Applications will be open March 13-21, 2026 for stays in April and May. Selected applicants will be notified the week of March 23 via email. Applications will reopen in October for stays in November and December (non-holiday).

We appreciate folks who love thoughtful details and warm hospitality. While an engaged audience will be considered, we are more focused on the best aesthetic fit. We want to collaborate with creators whose content evokes emotion and stirs the senses. 

In general, we’re looking for a compilation of 10-15 images or video clips in exchange for a 2-3 night stay.
