Imagine arriving in Tahoe and having the whole place to yourselves. With a full-property buyout at Black Bear Lodge, your group has 32 thoughtfully designed accommodations, gathering spaces, gardens, and the relaxed atmosphere of a private mountain retreat. For smaller groups, we can provide a 10+ room block, plus indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.

We're close to everything that brings people to Tahoe—just a short walk to the lake, restaurants, and local experiences—yet once you arrive, our two wooded acres feel peaceful, private, and tucked away from it all. Gather around the fire, meet in the Madio Meeting Room, linger in the gardens, or head out together to explore the lake, trails, and mountains just beyond our doors.
