Our Amenities
Your sense of well-being and connection arrives as soon as you do. Inside of our Main Lodge you’ll find our front desk, wine bar, fireside lounge, seasonal outdoor patio and five Lodge Rooms. Our serene property spans two acres, with communal outdoor hot tub, meditation path and complimentary self-parking. We do not have a pool or gym.
Please note, our property is non-smoking and does not allow pets. If your furry friend would like to make the trip with you, we highly recommend Hair of the Dog Pet Concierge. Their overnight and day care services are some of the best in the business!
ADA accommodations are available including mobility accessible rooms, roll-in showers, and hearing accessible rooms with visual alarms and visual notification devices. These rooms can be booked by calling 530-544-4451. If you have any additional questions about your accessible needs, please give us a call so that we can assure an excellent stay.

The Lodge Bar
Open to locals and visitors until 8 pm daily.
The bar at Black Bear Lodge is still one of South Lake Tahoe's best kept secrets. The menu features local craft beer, sustainably-made wines, a HUGE selection of non-alcoholic canned cocktails, and snacks.
Enjoy relaxed conversation cozied up to the 32-foot river rock fireplace or hangout on the back patio underneath the towering pines during the warmer months.
