Accessibility statement

Black Bear Lodge is proud to offer rooms that are accessible to guests with special needs. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, we offer lodging designed to accommodate guests who utilize a wheelchair or require additional space. Rooms with a roll-in shower, as well as hearing-accessible rooms with visual alarms and notification devices for the entry doors are also options. Additionally, all of our public spaces, including our indoor lobby and outdoor patio, were designed with accessibility in mind. Our parking lot features dedicated accessible spaces with direct access to public areas and rooms. Black Bear Lodge is also committed to ensuring the accessibility of its web content to people with disabilities. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA is recognized as the international standard of success, and we are dedicated to complying with all laws and guidelines. 

Our policy applies to all web content produced or updated by Mabble Media and Black Bear Lodge, not user-generated content, but accessibility checks will be incorporated into the publishing workflow for all new content.
