Oktoberfest at Camp Richardson

Oktoberfest Activities include German food and desserts, an owner and dog dress up contest, craft booths, face painting, pumpkin patch, balloon art, bouncy house, bungee platform, climbing wall, live music featuring the polka styling’s of the “Gruber Family Band,” and the event’s ever popular beer and wine garden. Other contests during the two-day festival range from beer stein holding to yodeling, with winners receiving gift certificates for food, activities and lodging at the resort. Food and beer can be purchased with Camp Richardson’s Oktoberfest tickets that are on sale behind the hotel at the event. Entry and parking are free.

Tahoe Mountain Biking and Brew Festival. The Divided Sky and Tahoe Area Mountain Biking Association (TAMBA) are proud to announce The 5th Annual Tahoe Mountain Biking and Brew Festival, which will take place on Saturday & Sunday, August 26 & 27, 2017 in the Divided Sky parking lot, located at 3200 US Highway 50.

Don’t miss this family-friendly, community event that celebrates all the Meyers Community has to offer.

The festival would not be possible without the generosity and support of our sponsors and volunteers. A special thank you to: Ninkasi Brewing, Rise Designs, The Divided Sky, TAMBA, Watta Bike, South Shore Bikes, Tahoe Sports LTD, Elevate Wellness, and Safe Haven Chiropractic and more!

Saturday will kick off the celebration with an early morning start to the now infamous Meyers Triple Crown ride, followed by an afternoon and evening of Live Music, BBQ, Extreme Beer Gardening, Vendors of various products and services, and of course the KidsZone!

Sunday we will be hosting bike companies at the Corral Trail lower parking area with bike demos and shuttles providing regular access to Corral and Armstrong Connector trail network—high-quality singletrack riding with something for riders of all levels to enjoy.

All proceeds will benefit TAMBA and are tax deductible.

For participants in the Saturday Triple Crown Ride, pre-registration costs $35 or you can register at the event for $40. This includes access to the two TAMBA rest stops along the ride, an event poster, and the coveted Triple Crown Ride T-Shirt – both of which were designed by our friends at RISE Designs

For participants in the Sunday Corral Trail Demo Day, pre-registration costs just $50 (limited number so sign up early!) or you can register at the event for $60. This donation to TAMBA helps enable access to all the bikes and products at the Trail Demo event, and the various shuttles.

Saturday, July 29, 2017, We are excited to announce that we will be hosting our first Kirkwood Bike & Brew Festival in July!  This family friendly event is not one to be missed!  Join us and help us support the Tahoe Area Mountain Biking Association!  A portion of all proceeds will be donated to TAMBA who are dedicated to the stewardship of sustainable, multiple-use trails and to preserving access for mountain bikers through advocacy, education and promotion of responsible trail use.

Time: Bike Events (Start at 11am), Brew Festival Events (3pm-6pm)

Location: Kirkwood Village Plaza

Activities: Live Music (Special guest announcement on July 4th), Mountain Bike Events, Unlimited Beer Sampling (20+ Breweries), Raffle, Rock Walls, Euro Bungee Trampolines, Bouncy House, Face Painting, Balloon Twisting, BBQ Dining, KBar Drink Specials and More!

Biking: We will be organizing Gran Fondo Mountain Bike rides throughout the day w/ coaching sessions based on skill level.  We will also be hosting a variety of bike races. Check back soon for additional details.

Lift Tickets - Bike Haul and non-passholder Hiking trail access will be discounted at $30 for brew festival attendees.  The regular lift ticket price of $44 applies to guests not attending the brew festival.
