The Restaurant at Black Bear Inn
is open to the public and offers patrons an extraordinary culinary experience. The menu is revised each month to take advantage of seasonal
produce, always with an eye on local and organic suppliers. Chef Alex has a passion for the artistic and his imaginative use of ingredients fuses old school technique with surprising, delightful twists. His devotion to cuisine results in the impressive quality of each dish.
Black Bear Inn's tranquil, inviting room captures the spirit of
old Tahoe. As you sit by the fireplace you will be captivated by the rustic elegance of the Great Room. Once seated at your table you will be taken on a journey that will awaken your appetite and
stimulate your palate.
"A must do dining experience in South Lake Tahoe. There is nothing comparable in fine dining anywhere in Tahoe. Don't miss it!" ~ ~ A & J,
